Returns and Replacements

We offer a free replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or defective

  • Is misprinted or incorrect (e.g wrong design, model, or product sent)

If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at empoweredstoreok@gmail.com, providing your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once we have confirmed that the item qualifies under the conditions above. Refunds will be returned using the same payment method used for purchase and may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

When Returns or Refunds Are Not Accepted

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The wrong phone model was selected when ordering

  • A change of mind after purchase

We kindly ask that you double check your phone model and order details before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong phone model, we can assist you in placing a new order for the correct product. Please note that this will be at your own cost.
